Hans Valadez
Founder, VISORY LLC
Hans Valadez is a lawyer, investor, and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in the energy and transactional sectors. He has guided startups, private equity firms, and global operators through high-stakes initiatives—building a reputation for turning complexity into clarity and delivering measurable results.
Across his career, Hans has led private equity deployments of over two billion dollars into power generation, advised on deep-water oil platform developments, and supported acquisitions of onshore and offshore fields.
